Museum Park Precinct
Located on the southern end of the proposed Paul Kruger Street Corridor, this precinct is a gateway into the Inner City from the south and east, including public transport (Pretoria Station and the proposed Gautrain Station)
This precinct builds directly on the Museum Park initiative of the CTMM, promoting a museum and cultural heritage district.

Museum Square
The upgrade/redevelopment of the public space in front of the City Hall, including a proposed below-grade parking garage, and extended across Jacob Mare Street in the west.
Station Square
The upgrade/redevelopment of the existing public space, including a strong link with the proposed Gautrain Station.
